Anyone know what coffeemaker Claire McCaskill has?

I know, shallow af but it looks cool and I might be after a new one. It’s always back there with the baked goods, calling my name.

AI says: Claire McCaskill owns a Technivorm Moccamaster coffee maker. She has publicly expressed her fondness for it, noting its durability and quality. She even mentions that she used to go through multiple coffee makers a year before she got the Moccamaster.

It was expensive, but I’ve had it for years and years. It makes amazing coffee. 😍☕️

Lasts for a very long time and you can buy replacement parts for the basket etc. Buy one with a thermal carafe as there is not a coffee warmer. It’s basic but makes great coffee. I bought mine probably 10 years ago. Probably much more now

7. Online the cost seems to be about $350. If it lasts 10 years then it is only $35 per year.

This is cheaper than buying a Mr Coffee maker every year or two.
Or buying a starbucks latte.

I’d buy another one, if I could swing it. The price is shocking, but I know it’s worth it. I used to have a glass percolator for the top of the stove. That also made a great cup of coffee. A good back up plan if necessary. 😉

15. Yes it has a big price tag. And may cost more with the tariffs.

When I was drinking coffee I did a simple pour over.
Just need a mug and simple poor over filter cost about $7.

And if people are keeping them for years and years then it may be worth the investment.
Yes I prefer to put money into things I use every day.
Or things I am very fussy about, like tea and coffee.
And spend less on things I don't use very often.

Of course there is a but, she sometimes tends to be too conservative . That’s why she lost her seat. Stop being preachy Claire
