There is ONE thing that TACO hasn't done yet, and it's actually surprising.

I am surprised that he hasn't issued one of his executive orders replacing the three Liberal judges on the SC.
Yes, I know it's unconstitutional, but when has that stopped him. And WHO is to stop him from doing it.
One thing that I have learned in the last 4 months is that there is NO rubicon that he will not cross.

1. I think he'd face some serious pushback from the rest of SCOTUS if he did that

because he'd be telling all of them that they'd better rule in his favor, or else. Not that he feels particularly compelled to comply with their decisions anyway - so he might as well just leave things as they are and keep ignoring them.

That is unacceptable to them. They demand 100%, unquestioning loyalty to the cult leader.

Only one side put people on the court for expressly ideological purposes. The justices appointed by Democrats were nominated to be Supreme Court Justices, not to advance a liberal agenda. The fact that they're NOT right-wingers does not make them the "liberal wing." There is no symmetry here.

Godzilla and the Predator to replace them. Fill in your favorite nightmare nominee. It's not even a secret plan. This is the plan. So easy. Soooooo effin easy.
