3. Iran is a sovereign state run by a brutal fundamentalist Theocracy

opposed by the majority of its citizens. They've been bad actors for decades, propped up by their vast oil wealth. I don't want them to have nuclear weapons just like I don't want North Korea to have them.

We don't get to pass on this - Trump is going to drag us wherever his addled mind decides, then changes tomorrow, then changes the day after.

Iran is not only a sovereign nation, but they are a notorious bad actor in the region. They're behind a lot of the terrorist groups, including HAMAS and Hezbollah. I'm not shedding a tear for them.
