At the same time, the CEO of GHF – the humanitarian aid fund for Gaza, which uses SRS to "secure" the aid – resigned and was replaced by evangelical leader Johnny Moore. Moore serves on the board of directors of the Friendship Foundation, and he headed the team of evangelical advisers to Trump's 2016 campaign.
Moore is an excellent example of the hyper-capitalist, war-loving, and anti-gender agenda of the evangelical right in the United States. (-snip-) The connection between people like Huckabee and Moore to the right-wing government and the settler leaders is a sign of moral low. Under the auspices of global evangelical support, Israel is carrying out the destruction of Gaza, believing that there are enough influential Christian fundamentalists in the world to ensure that sanctions against Israel are always vetoed.
