Did Hillary threaten Iran in 2008?

A serious question. I just got a video via text message (I have no idea how to share it here or I would) of an interview with Hillary in 2008. She says that if Iran pursues nuclear technology and she was president, she would "obliterate" (her words, from the video) the facilities. Its an old, pixelated video from before the 4k days. Is this a fake? Or was that her position in 2008? Did she actually state this in an interview in 2008?
