Yeah.
I have been wondering all day if this would be a "Pearl Harbor moment" for Iran. I think we delude ourselves if we believe that Iran is defeated beyond any recovery. The analogy isn't perfect, but we almost certainly have lit a fire under the Iranian government, and likely the Iranian people as well. Many Iranians had fairly positive views of the US, in contradiction to the regime, but I have no doubt that much of that is now lost. Another "sleeping giant" is awakened.
