Also... regardless of whether it's fair or unfair of me, the fact that he does not wear t-shirts beneath his dress-shirts tells me a lot about who he is (and it's not good.) As far as this type of annoyance goes, it's right up there with men who refuse to wear jackets in formal or business environments.
