If a lot of these guys are playing dress up or working for third party vendors (bounty hunters), the public has a right to know. The behavior of some of these supposed ICE agents is off-the-charts.

They look neither trained, nor professional. Just bullies getting their rocks off manhandling those they deem the wrong color.

This guy scurried off by a simple, persistent question. Yesterday, agents disappeared when the Bishop and a religious entourage showed up in San Diego's Federal Courthouse.
