Tesla still swirling the bowl

a blow to investors who had hoped anger toward Elon Musk would have faded by now.
>>>China’s SAIC Motor was the big winner for the month with its European sales of EVs and other kinds of cars jumping 38%.

Tesla sales in Europe plunged for a fifth month in a row in May, a blow to investors who had hoped anger toward Elon Musk would have faded by now.

Tesla is now an inferior product. Software is buggy. The styling of the vehicles sucks. The current low end model looks like a ford focus had sex with a VW beetle. The cyber truck is neither a truck nor a car nor an SUV. It also makes an Edsel look pretty. It looks most like a Delorean but without any style.

Yeah, and Elon being a fascist, drug addicted douche bag helps not at all.

Oh, and Tesla will never catch Waymo. Because Elon decided to not equip his vehicles with the hardware that would have enabled true self driving. Too late now.

Tesla is fucked.

How can anyone thrust his judgement at all?
Maybe he should call his next project "Icarus".

Mush ran smack into the Peter Principle.

He showed to the world that he actually is relatively stupid.

And I saw several Chinese EV dealers (BYD and maybe one or two other companies I believe are Chinese brands). Europe and the UK never imposed the same tariffs the US did (and that was pre Trump) so I’m assuming the cars are competitive there and from what I’ve heard they pack them with plenty of features at lower trims.

Before the Chinese cars start flooding their markets consumers there are likely to head to the VW dealer or other European automakers selling EVs.

This doesn’t even get into Musk’s foray into fascist politics. Hmmm, maybe the countries over there associate Nazis with starting a war killing somewhere between 30 to 40 million people, so what do you know?, they aren’t really big fans of them!

I drive past BP stations. I Would drive past Exxon stations if there were any convenient enough to drive past on my way to fill up.

I can't imagine grudges going away easier for big, high-investment purchases.
