I guess those little wee wee men didn’t liked being identified and they had someone take down the site. I hope it is replicated somewhere else!

3. It is very possible. There's been so many sites that the contents were reopened up to the public, then taken

down out of circulation, but the Internet had already moved in, copied the data, placed elsewhere, etc.

It's not surprising that sites assumed to be engaged in doxxing would be vulnerable. In this case, it is not actually doxxing, because those thugs are being paid by taxpayers. So it's doing those guys a favor to show who they are especially in cases where they've forgotten to affix badges to their cosplay gear before leaving their caves in the morning.
