Couple this with him getting agitated with questions asked and yelling at the reporter. A MAGA. friend thinks this is wonderful, and says he is putting these uppity liberal reporters in their place. When I said it is a possible sign of dementia he mentioned something about Biden needing to be in a nursing home. I just said whatever.

Glad I already finished my coffee. Dumbest "president" in history not to mention the worst one.

As an aside, I have taken to watching CBC News each morning with my coffee. Today's was especially poignant and sad because they interviewed different Canadians about the resurgence in pride of Canadians on this year's Canada Day. I loved how one woman said something to the effect of "there will be an annexation from our South over our dead bodies". They interviewed immigrants who were so grateful to have Canadian citizenship and who talked about how welcomed they felt. I wanted to cry but I also wanted to emigrate. I decided to vacation in Canada this year. I'm only 30 minutes from the border.

We all like to joke about Trump's mental condition and his fuck ups, but this is serious stuff, it's a national emergency. The United States of America is being ruled by an angry, insane, demented old man. The entire Republican party will do nothing to stop him. And the media pretends it's all normal. Meanwhile, Trump is literally tearing this country apart. WTF is happening in this country?

Of course, it'll never be shown by "their" news media (even though a FOXPAC reporter was granted the question aftter "No more questions" ), and they aren't likely to see it on their social media. I'm sure they rarely, if ever, see this side of him, while we see it often. Little wonder they continue to think so highly of him, despite the reality.
