The major media companies that cowtow to (illegal) threats by federal agencies are risking more than they realiize

Who will be able to trust their news desks ever again if they succumb to the government interfering in something as goofy as a late night comedy/entertainment show.

Instead of cowering in abject terror of trumps ignorance and dumbassery, just go to court and sue him for 15 billion dollars.

It’s ridiculous that the United States is attacking comedians. The first amendment is specifically designed for just such a misstep. The government can pass no law that interferes with the right to free speech.

This is a shot that will truly be heard around the nation and world as the “Shinning Light on the Hill’ as Reagan called us goes out. I know…mixed metaphor… but the point is once you accede to these unlawful threats by our government, you become part of the government. It won’t be long before ABC will be getting its news instructions from some myopic nincompoop.

This is the path the Christian Nationalists are trying to drag us down. They are totally planning on destroying the bill of rights and are starting to look a lot like a Middle Eastern religious tribe that wants to burn everything down and start over in some mystical gods wet dream.

Under trumps watch our economy is showing signs of collapse, our military is being torn apart over trumps wild murderous tendencies, and our health care is in the hands of crackpots and wizards.

The Republican Party is enabling all of this as it sits on its hands while a truculent orange baby has a tantrum in the world grocery isle.
