Mentioning the name brands of Tylenol and Advil rather than saying Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen which opens you up to devastating lawsuits is exactly what I expect when it comes to the incompetency of this administration

Literally no evidence or research they’re just saying shit

He does so much slandering of people and businesses -- and their reputations, yet I have yet to hear or view any definition of what the SCOTUS defined to be an "official act" versus this jerk's general, defaming bull shitery. CORRECTION: Bill Clinton was sued for actions taken before he was President, and outside of his official responsibilities. The law does allow that.

However, it seems to me that many of Anus Orange's actions have nothing to do with his official responsibilities, but are geared only to personal revenge. But that would be a much harder legal argument to make, since the relevance of each and every point would be hashed out over many years.

or lose it, like Bayer did with its trademark: Aspirin - which is now no longer their mark because they allowed it to be used generically for acetylsalysylic acid.

There are a variety of ways of protecting their mark - but they all involve not allowing others to use it as a noun rather than an adjective (Tylenol, instead of tylenol brand acetaminophen; Motrin or Advil, instead of Motrin brand ibuprofen or Advil brand ibuprofen). Others include those with a big megaphone, like the president.

Anyone who thinks this will result in any civil suit doesn’t understand the law. You would have to sue the individuals making the statements and you would have to get passed immunity that they were acting in their official capacity which will be (extremely) difficult. And Trump has further immunities the current SCOTUS gave him which are going to be impossible to defeat with the current SCOTUS as is.

I don’t claim to be a specialist in federal law, but definitive statements about the law always give me pause. There is no single law to understand. There’s a complex of pragmatic, legislational, precedental, and jurisdictional questions to consider in filing suit. The FTCA is a limited waiver of sovereign immunity to cover wrongful or negligent acts by federal employees. The waiver is limited and FTCA claims are complex, but i don’t think a belief that a suit is possible says anything about one’s understanding of the “law”.

To love is to hurt for these psychos. Never forget that.

Characteristics of Psychopaths

1. Aggressive, callous, and cunning

7. Deceptive ability to behave in superficially charming ways to hide purely selfish motives
8. Willingness to use intimidation and violence to control others in order to satisfy their own needs
9. Willingness to intentionally violate the basic inherent human rights of others
10. Complete absence of any sense of guilt or remorse for the harm their actions have caused to others
11. Rationalization of their own immoral behavior
12. Will attempt to lay blame upon someone else for their own conduct
13. Denial, will deny their own wrongdoing outright
14. Utter contemptuousness toward the feelings and desires of their fellow beings
15. Pathological lying, will say anything without any concern for truth to advance their own hidden agendas
16. Ablity to feign [fake] normal human emotions and empathy
17. Distorted sense of the consequences of their actions

He did not say “inject bleach”. But he did talk about injecting disinfectants. And did so shortly after talking about how good bleach was at killing the virus.

"And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning?“

They celebrate the pain of pregnancy and childbirth. It's our "curse".

Hell, when I was pregnant and on Medicaid, it didn't even cover an epidural. When I went into labor, I had to get an INT, which did not help much. (A bit off topic, but nonetheless related)

When I heard him say that my whole body cringed.

all the same. Just be aware of dosage. 200 - 400 mg. is a common dose for most aches and pains. Occasional use is fine but it can tear up your stomach with frequent and/or higher doses. The dollar store stuff works just as well as name brand. Yes I am a medical professional but with OTC meds, follow the instructions on packaging and see your doctor if problem persists.

When was the last time you were in a dollar store? The price went to 1.25 quite some time back, and most things are now 1.50 or more, as of a few months ago. Soooooo, 24 count dollar store brand ibu's 1.50 (per my latest trip to said store.) roughly .06/ pill. Kroger brand ibuprofen in 500 count 2-pack (1,000 pills total) 14.99, so .015/pill. Same with kroger brand tylenol.

Just pointing out that they are the same but priced differently depending on the manufacturer. Yes I shop dollar stores often and am aware that Dollar Tree has bumped their prices to 1.25 for generic meds. I was just comparing most dollar store prices to grocery and drug stores.

but all those other OTCs - aspirin, ibuprophen, naproxen sodium - I may be leaving some out - are anti-inflammatories and can stress the kidneys. But none of them has anything to do with autism. If you choose not to take anything, the only possible painkiller would be a prescription drugs. Prescription drugs, especially opiates. taken by a pregnant woman can cause a child to be born addicted. Is this starting to sound like thay really just want women to be in constant pain?

This slobbering numpty can't remain coherent for two sentences.

Acetaminophen is my only option. Thirty years ago I spontaneously developed an allergy to regular aspirin (and all other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) that could KILL me, and naturally I found this out the hard way. Eyes swelled shut so fast I only had time enough to fish out one contact lens, and I started drowning in my own...fluids. Luckily I was in the military, and at work, so I got taken to the ER pretty quick. Hospitalized for three days' observation, looking like a wasp nest went berserk on my eyelids. Nowadays I'm an arthritic old git who relies on topical painkillers just to get through the work day and if they aren't enough, it's time for Acetaminophen. Please, DO tell me more about "downsides" and "comfort," you coked-up dungbag.

at the 9:30 mark he says the other medicines like aspirin and Advil have already been proven bad, so you can't take anything if you're in pain or have a high fever. (He didn't mention Motrin that I heard)

&t=579s
And he says, nothing bad can come from this?

Oh, and he's saying aspirin is proven bad, yet I'm pretty sure that the Lie machine that is the WH Press Secretary has used his taking aspirin as an excuse for the bruising on his hands. So which is it? Is he taking aspirin which he says has been proven terrible for others? Or was the lie machine lying when she used aspirin as an excuse for his hand bruises?

Acetaminophen does nothing for me, and aspirin is gastric bad news. My anti-inflammatory drug of choice the past several years is prescription diclofenac. Too many old broken bones. I currently have some broken ribs, and a bad shoulder made badder. Only problem with this drug is it can be hard on your kidneys, and I only have one of those.

117. A few points I'd like to make
Tue Sep 23, 2025, 12:51 AM

1. Unfortunately, he can't get sued. That was decided way back in Nixon versus Fitzgerald. Even any comment, speech, or public message he makes would be considered in the scope of office or outer perimeter. It basically says he can't have any civil liability from action he does while in the scope of office as president. Even if what he says is completely wrong and defamatory. This announcement would clearly fall in that criteria.

2. If anyone missed it, you have to go back and watch the video of the announcement with him trying to pronounce Acetaminophen. It was probably the funniest thing I have seen him do recently trying to read that word and simply not being able to.

3. I keep an open mind about the study. I don't trust this administration and I don't trust Kennedy right now, but the study is the study and I will give a conscious effort to read it..

This is the letter that generated the announcement from the dean of Harvard medical.

Here is the Harvard study that reference is referring to that lead to this announcement.

https://hsph.harvard.edu/news/using-acetaminophen-during-pregnancy-may-increase-childrens-autism-and-adhd-risk/

Ironically, he actually defunded the study, but they completed it because the judge reinstated it.
