Count on a huge televised ICE raid with likely thousand of agents rounding up the 20000 Haitians refugees. It will be awful.

If we say "But Portland is not war-ravaged!" They will say "Of course because we came in and shut it down."

So we have to say things like "There is no change in Portland before or after Federal intervention" before they get in their rebuttal. Same with phrasing questions.
