There were tearful embraces from friends and family of 17-year-old Isabella Salas outside of Dooley Funeral Home in Cranford, New Jersey ...

Isabella was on an e-bike with her best friend, 17-year-old Maria Niotis, when police say they were mowed down by an SUV that fled the scene.

Court records show the driver was going at least 70 miles per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone.

CBS News identified the suspect as 17-year-old Vincent Battiloro, who is charged with two counts of murder ,,,

Battiloro, 17, was issued 15 tickets the day of the crash, including for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury, careless driving, reckless driving and going at least 70 miles an hour on a street with a speed limit of 25. He was also cited for allegedly driving without a license, a registration and an insurance card, the records show ...
