MSNBC's coverage just helps Trump

Has some talking head saying the troop deployment was 'non-controversial'

The fuck it is.

The herd instinct (like in the Kirk shooting) kicks in, including on this forum.

Normalizing troops on streets is incipient fascism, using them as bait is Trump's hope.

Is an unbelievably cowardly and unjustified action for whatever reasons this guy uses to justify it. He’s a coward and should have been shot down on the spot. It doesn’t need to help Trump, although it does little to dissuade people that Washington was a safe city.

Ignores the Posse Comitatus Act, it's not only controversial, but it is illegal and unconstitutional.

Its as close to left leaning as we currently have, which means its actually mostly center, with nods to center left. Owned by people who are either agnostic or on the right.

Seriously, give us a link or a clip. We need more than criticism of a vaguely paraphrased comment by person not named on a show not identified at some undetermined time of day. Why? Because context and comprehension matter and way too many people misunderstand or mishear shit all too much.

And while the fluff puppets on teevee all have something to say, just because they say their piece on an MS Now show doesn't make it MS Now's position nor is that person's viewpoint held by every guest, contributor or show host - and probably was not on that same show.. MS Now's line up has always had a range of view points.
