regarding the continuation of the restraining order against the Feds regarding evidence tampering/destruction in the killing of Alex Pretti. It should be noted that when the original emergency request was made the Hennepin County D.A. and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) they stated that:

"However, upon arrival “federal personnel purported to order BCA personnel to leave.” Further, the BCA believes federal officers already seized and removed evidence from the scene: “federal personnel may have seized cell phones, taken other evidence from the scene, and detained witnesses.”

Most shocking to the state and county professional investigators was:

“Then just a few hours after the shooting, federal personnel left, allowing the perimeter to collapse and potentially spoiling evidence. From a law enforcement perspective, this is astonishing. The federal government’s actions are a sharp departure from normal best practices and procedure, in which every effort is taken to preserve the scene and the evidence it contains. Instead, by first attempting to bar BCA and then letting the scene collapse, the federal government appears to have taken measures that directly led to the destruction of evidence.”

The obvious concern here is a conspiracy to obstruct justice. That conclusion is a slam dunk with these fascists we have in Federal leadership positions. People may not have seen their actions in Chicago in October when they were sued about conditions in the Broadview detention facility and then the next day after the suit was filed ICE-American Gestapo said they had a computer snafu and "lost" key video evidence. Here is a paragraph from an article from The New Republic about that:

"404 Media reports that after ICE’s Broadview Detention Center outside Chicago was sued October 30 for allegedly abusing detainees, the agency said that two weeks of video footage that could have shown how immigration detainees are treated in the facility was lost in a “system crash” on October 31."

It depends on what service he used. Or if he used a memory card. Was he live? Was he just phone recording and not uploading? Was his data password protected or easily accessible? How far ahead he was planning? What were his intentions? How savvy was he with phone and SoMe tech and security?

And now...we may never, ever know. While the oligarchs control our data. They can easily destroy it as sure as they keep it.

It's really recommended that one use a concealed small camera to appear unassuming and evade targeting. But memory and storage is always an issue. It's not as simple as it looks.

ICE is crazy. They strike me as being capable of human trafficking their own mothers.

I don't think we're anywhere close to prepared to win or negotiate a conflict with them based on any mutual attributes like common sense, decency and settled law enforcement best practices.
