9. There's a few videos of her yelling at her staffers, but we don't really know what's going on behind the scenes

For me I wouldn't discount her just because of these & you need to remember tech bros & other shady people have been pushing these stories to drag her down. Other politicians have similar stories with staff and they all turned out to be excellent politicians still. Kamala for example

But others described Harris as unpredictable and at times demeaning to her staff over the years. She often hung up on her aides, berated them when she didn't think they were prepared enough for briefings, and had a reputation for churning through interns and lower-level staff, people told Insider.

Harris' turnover in the Senate was on the high end during her four years in the US Capitol's upper chamber. She ranked No. 9 of 114 senators for highest turnover from 2017 to 2020, the congressional database LegiStorm showed.

Barbara O'Connor, a longtime communications professor at California State University, Sacramento, told Insider that at least 20 interns who worked in Harris' attorney general and Senate offices came to O'Connor crying and seeking advice, saying they "felt they weren't valued" in Harris' office. O'Connor helped transfer about five interns out of Harris' office at the time, she said.

Patrick Soon-Shiong, owner of the Los Angeles Times, has recently aligned with conservative figures, notably backing Donald Trump and RFK Jr., while criticizing his own newspaper for a "left lean". Formerly a Democratic donor, his recent actions—including blocking a 2024 Kamala Harris endorsement and appearing in conservative media—indicate a shift towards conservative, or at least anti-progressive, viewpoints in his media management.

"There's too many Democrats running for Governor...there must be a lack of enthusiasm!"

Is Yogi Berra writing this drivel? "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded"

12. Not Mahan, that's for sure

He is more "Republican lite" and definitely not a progressive. He's a one term city council member and one term mayor who has thwarted the will of his constituents and has been more business friendly and more harsh as it relates to the homeless situation.

"In 2020, San José voters passed Measure E, a property-transfer tax. By default, about 75% of the revenue was supposed to go toward building permanent affordable housing, and the remainder toward temporary homeless services and prevention." KQED

"Under Mahan’s leadership — with City Council votes — the allocation of Measure E funds was changed: A large share of that revenue has been redirected toward interim/temporary housing and shelter operations rather than building new permanent affordable housing. In 2025 and into the 2026-27 budget, the council approved using up to 90% of Measure E funds for temporary shelter and homeless response instead of the original 75/25 split." San Jose Spotlight.

It's terrible that he and the majority of our city council members were able to do this when citizens voted for something completely different.

Swalwell would definitely be my first choice.

Than saying you would even consider a Republican.

How ever wins the primary has a pretty easy path. Tie the GOP name to Trump who us hated by the majority of likely voters.

I can't see why we don't get a lot of people who inspire us.
