What would he do with such valuable assets?
I don't believe he wanted them, any more than Trump needed the secret documents he stole on his way out the door in 2021, but I know of someone who would, and he'd pay an obscene amount of money for them. Like private island money.
I was blown away at the incredible paper trail that followed Epstein. It seems every keystroke, email, and phone call was recorded, and tons of pictures taken, millions of documents! Could there be another huge vault of docs, videos, and photos showing heads of state and billionaire power brokers in compromising situations on Epstein Island at The Kremlin? If there are two things that Epstein lusted for it was young girls, and money. Lots of money, and he had plenty of both. The island was the perfect place to be wired for sound and video. He just had to lure the right people to the "party".
Can Putin be holding a silent Sword of Damocles over the heads of politicians, bankers, and investors to assure their cooperation in reassembling the one time glorious Soviet Union? If so, the KGB chess master has quietly declared mate and is awaiting our final move.

(1,985 posts)Epstein was working both Trump and Putin..........
I suspect that everything "we" have, Putin has, and even more thx to his Kompromat Gathering for decades.........
I would also Guess that Trump/Putin have the list of every one who used Epstein's secluded under age girl's sex dens.
AND that Trump/Putin have both been blackmailing those individuals for quite some time......Trump's biggest Grift of all time....
(Send a billion to this off shore account, and I will make sure your name never surfaces?????)

(2,559 posts)The money ultimately came from spy agencies and rich people who were being extorted. In Andrew's case, he paid up by giving up top secret documents. Trump did all of that, plus Trump sold the documents directly. He didn't have to entrap Andrew or others to get the US classified documents.
This is all so freaking obvious, it is maddening that the media has had to act like they can't see it.
The sex, the classified documents, the attempted extortion of Zelenskyy (remember the first impeachment?) ... It is all the same story
Trump and Epstein were partners. Of course, they didn't form a corporate agree with a board of directors, bylaws, tax returns and such. But obviously they were in the same business, serving the same masters, getting paid by the same people and partying with the same people.
It is one story. And it includes the genocide in Gaza, which is also directly connected with the threatened attack on Iran. Different aspects of the story have different players, such as Manafort, Kushner, Netanyahu. There is one and only one person that is at the heart of ALL of this and it is not Epstein. Trump is the common element in all of this.
And BTW, there is no way the UK Royals would turn on one of their own if they didn't know that the story was so big as to damage all of the Windsors. It isn't like the Royals have been squeaky clean over the years. Elizabeth was pretty clean, but the lower royals are an entitled lot that are always getting into trouble. The family naturally covers it up. For them to go after Andrew this way, you know this is a huge story.and they know much more than has been reported.

Really important information connecting the dots.
Youre correct it is international in scope. This will have global geopolitical consequences.

was the theft and sale of classified documents. Just like Prince Andrew, except that Trump had access to 1000X more documents that were worth 100X more. But it was undoubtedly the same customers in both cases.
Trump ... Epstein. It is all the same story.

(9,013 posts)There was already evidence along with deeper suspicions that he'd made sure associates and he personally benefited from his time in that post, which is one reason why he left it under a cloud, so it doesn't take much imagination to figure out why he'd want confidential trade documents.
The "state secrets" people here are getting excited about relate to trade machinations, not any security etc. secrets as some on DU seem to be assuming.

(17,260 posts)Trump was already a Russian asset - whether by choice or by blackmail. Putin saw an opportunity get what he wanted (i.e., bring down the US, dissolve NATO, etc.) by having Trump in the White House. Putin took steps to make that happen. He knew it would take time and he's a patient person so long as he sees steps forward.
Musk is the only one with the technological savvy and equipment to be able to do that. Elections were tampered with, other politicians bought or blackmailed via Epstein...
And here we are today.
I don't care if it's "conspiracy theory" or what - I will GO TO MY GRAVE believing that Hillary won.

(17,260 posts)I should have said that in my post, but I was thinking more about where I felt the coverups all began.
I don't know how to explain how Biden won in 2020. Maybe they knew they better "let" it happen as part of their coverup to throw everyone off their trail, or maybe there was some snag on their end that didn't go as planned. But our elections have been tampered with, and I think we all know that.
We need to clean house in my opinion. Not just the compromised Republicans - and any Dems who we may be surprised to learn about. But we also need to clean house of ANY anywhere that have been complicit. Their oath is to the Constitution and Democracy, and we, as Americans, should be able to expect that oath to be upheld.

(8,554 posts)To say nothing of what a few powerful Chinese would make of such documents.
All of whom have turned up in the emails and other documents. This is far bigger than Watergate, than 9/11, than Gulf War II. There are many more players, more complex a network of players and outcomes, and it appears that portions of it are still in play as we speak.
Certainly there is far more money involved, more political power subverted to the schemes to shift the world economy into the hands of a select few.
