Intend to force a vote on a resolution to require congressional authority for declarations of war. Unfortunately that will be next week. Likely after that syphilis riddle diaper shit fires on Iran.

Hint: I'm 80 years old, and the last time there was a declaration of war was before I was born. Not long before, but before.
Congress gave up declaring war long ago. That's just a formality now that isn't needed apparently.
