https://substack.com/home/post/p-188426985On Sunday, I reported that the FBI interviewed a victim who accused President Donald Trump of sexually and violently assaulting her when she was 13-15 years old. I also reported that some of the Justice Departments case files for this woman who later sued and reportedly received a settlement from Jeffrey Epsteins estate for sexual abuse allegations in the same timeframe appear to be missing from the governments publicly searchable Epstein database.
However, I have now found DOJ records showing that the FBI did not just interview this woman once. The FBI interviewed this woman who claimed that Trump forced her to give him oral sex when she was in her early teens, then punched her in the head after she bit his penis and kicked her out at least four times.
But the DOJs file associated with those records a document cataloguing information that the government provided counsel for convicted Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell during her trial has apparently been removed.
This revelation adds to the mounting pile of evidence undermining statements from Attorney General Pam Bondi and other senior administration officials assuring the public that the Epstein file release has been transparent, complete, and bereft of any evidence implicating Trump in wrongdoing.

Dear @DOJRR47
: WTF are you talking about? The witness who called into the FBIs National Threat Operations was a man, who drove Trump in a limousine.
The girl he met who said Trump and Epstein raped her was found with her head blown off. DOJ never interviewed the male witness.

It's great because he's been around long enough to know all about civility and decorum. Clearly he's had an Awe Fuck It moment.

Is it possible that he spoke with the victim herself? He doesn't say, but it doesn't seem likely.
He does know the FBI case number - 3501.045 - and he provides the dates of the FBI interviews. Luckily for us, the deleted information was captured in the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Even though the files are wiped out of Epstein's Data, the Wayback shows the record of them being there as recently as January 2026. But now they are missing.
There's much more to this intriguing story and I plan to delve deeper!
EDIT TO ADD:
Roger Sollenberger has just published today an article in the same Substack (link below) in which he makes it clear that he DOES know the name of the female victim who accused Chump of raping her when she was underage. Sollenberger has spoken with her (the rape victim) and also her brother who participated in the January 6th, 2021 attack on the US Capitol. He doesn't name either party, but he gives many details. Very interesting!

(8,733 posts)'criminality' and 'evidence of criminality' or lack thereof in discussing the files. This is also one of the early DOJ excuses made for not indicting people and encouraging the nation to 'move on'...not enough evidence of criminality. Lack of evidence (as defined by TPTB) has become a shield justifying redactions, excusing problematic associations, and allowing talk show hosts to scream over-reach and 'me-too redux' over the internets and airwaves.
Aside from interpretation problems with the terms used such as 'evidence' and 'criminality', THERE ARE MANY REASONS OTHER THAN POTENTIAL INDICTMENTS to have full release of the files, including:
...are these people in positions of power exposed to blackmail because of what's known about their activities? Hugely important to know if TSF or Luttnik or others are compromised, no? Who owns whom? There's more than enough known about Epstein, Trump, and Putin to worry about these things. TSF couldn't get security clearance to work anywhere, with his background/vulnerabilities/exposure. Even if TSF weren't caught on tape...who has been?
...the victims/survivors are owed full exploration and discussion...indictments or not
...we need to know who in govt is lying
...we need to know how the judicial system failed, from the very beginning
...we need to know how the ultra elite operate to escape responsibility, accountability, justice.
...we need to know why and how 90% of GOP officials have been captured enough that they are not only complicit in a cover up but willing to go along with massive changes to our country, democracy, and world order. Big outstanding question.
...finally: it's because the files release law that was passed is being ignored and it's not clear what is being done about it
