Like Dane, it took about a year. Her doctors said that the disease progresses faster in younger people.

after an extremely deadly pandemic. Dane played the captain of a Navy destroyer (maybe?) with an infectious disease specialist working on a cure. He looked good in uniform.

He will be missed.

ALS is such a horrible disease.

I lost my dad to ALS and it's one of the cruelest diseases out there. At least with diseases like cancer there's hope. You don't always win, but with ALS that diagnosis is always a death sentence.

Gorgeous and Fine. Back in the 80s, I would have joked…

I wouldn’t throw him out of bed. Weird saying now that I think of it. But, I remember saying it and hearing it, winking.
