The first four years: It was like a small child playing with a sharp object every day, and an adult always had to run in the room and take the object away from the child to not hurt itself or others.

Now: The small child is playing with a sharp object, hurting others. People can’t or won’t be an adult in the room - instead, they’re enabling and cheering the small child on to the detriment of everybody because nobody has the guts to say the word, ‘No.’

I think that’s what the IV infusions are about. I think that’s what the advanced imaging he’s gotten with some regularity is about. And I also think that’s what the total collapse of his inhibitions in the last year has been about. That doesn’t even get into the family history.
