Is Trump purposely overpaying to purposely bankrupt

the country so no future Democratic President would be able to do anything but cut programs? I mean he is upping the defence budget by 50%.

the funds were expected to expire. So, yes, Trump will take as much as he can until we get Democrats in office to pull the purse strings.
