How do we determine if Donald Trump is a domestic enemy?

"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, ..."

Clearly the President is not defending the Constitution of the United States. Clearly, many believe him to be a domestic enemy.
