Is there anything better than a great sandwich?

Talarico isn't a vegan. He's a Texan and of course loves barbecue.

Wouldn't it be great if a talented Texas pitmaster created a sandwich called the Talarico? It's even a good name for a sandwich.

Personally, I love the Texas brisket. I love the slaw with it.

What would you put on your Talarico?

I looked up the history of Talarico. Mostly Italian from Calabrian and Sicily, but there are Germanic roots that break down to “noble power.”

Noble power would be a nice change from the abusive power we get from many Republicans and Trump.
