Adam Mockler - Trump is going to claim on Thursday that several Democratic Senators were elected fraudulently

And I assume he is going to announce the elections invalid, using his DOJ as enforcer.

Gechas no intention of allowing the midterm elections to happen.

Meh. He'll also claim he won the 2020 election, which means his election in 2024 was invalid. Ocelot II 4 hrs ago #1

because, according the the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, "no person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice." So if he was elected in 2016 and then again in 2020 as he keeps claiming, he can't have been validly elected in 2024 and he needs to get his fat orange ass out of the White House.

Answer: they can’t .

Ossoff and Warnock were certified by their state, and sworn in, and cannot be removed except by expulsion.

Same for any other senators he declares were illegitimately elected.

Neither Trump nor DOJ can do a damn thing about it.

“OOoh, Scary!!!”

Never forget this one absolute truth:

Trump is not omnipotent, and the states and the people are not powerless

So many examples, including rulings just this week.

Throwing that out there because Trump, first elected in 2016, claims he was really elected in 2020 as well. If that's true, how can he have been validly elected in 2024? Just asking for a friend.
