That's the time stamp on the update to the CNBC page, which no longer talks about Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock.

Mockler's video, though dated July 14, and just 2 hours ago according to the channel information, is using information from a far right outlet, "Washington Reporter", which spread the rumour about Ossoff and Warnock earlier on July 13th, and then withdrew it, also on July 13th.

Sadly, Mockler, though nominally left wing, does not bother to reveal his source, so his viewers can't check. He's slow, lazy, and relying on people he should be attacking, not trusting. What a waste of time his videos are. It really would be better to use quality videos on DU, not slop.
