Chyron on CNN now: Ossoff Launches Preemptive Attack On Trump's Thursday Speech: "He fears Defeat in the Midterms"

Here's the money quote:
"We understand the president may be threatening to declare sitting senators illegitimate. If that's the course of action he pursues, he's calling GA voters illegitimate...he was humiliated as committed lifelong racist that it was Black voters in Georgia who were instrumental in his defeat."

Since it has been all over the intertubes since yesterday that trump is going to call Ossoff and Warnock "illegitimate", I would like to see even stronger language, complete with liberal use of the word "lies".

But it's good that he's on offense. Now for the next step: All Dems need to start singing from his songbook. Now. Prepare the audience to be skeptical. Call him a sore loser. A liar. Make fun of him.

7. Trump is getting bad legal advice

I was on the board of an Authority when it was discovered that one of the board members hadn't been officially appointed. There was a big fight going on at the time and the director threatened to cancel any and all votes this woman had taken and insist they be redone.

Our lawyer said it didn't work that way. Even if you were put into office via an error, all of the votes you took would still be considered legitimate.
