Senior ICE officials are blaming President Donald Trump’s demand for mass arrests for a wave of deadly shootings by immigration agents—with one warning that officers “pushed to the breaking point” are being forced into fatal confrontations, PunchUp reports.

Agents have shot dead two men in less than a week—Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, 52, a Mexican homebuilder killed in Houston on July 7, and a 26-year-old Colombian man named by a neighbor as Joan Sebastian Guerrero, who was shot through his windshield in Biddeford, Maine, on Monday.

he killings came days after Trump, 80, issued a covert order for an arrest surge that swept up more than 10,000 people in five days, as the Daily Beast reported on July 2, with field bosses told the White House expected 2,000 detentions every day, according to the New York Times.

One senior official has now told PunchUp—the Beast’s new sister investigations Substack outlet launched this year—that those quotas are behind the bloodshed. “They are being forced to have quotas again. They are being pushed for numbers and quotas,” the official said. “There is a demand for 2,000 arrests a day. Leaders are being fired for bad numbers.”

3. But how many people are already either deported or still detained out of immigrants identified as criminals and/or

not currently having any legal status? Where does Trump's ICE get their numbers ? Obama and Biden both deported more people than Trump. How many migrants having no legal status or having criminal histories do they think are still here? Trump is known for pulling numbers out of his ass.

Plus, they're mainly going after Hispanic people. I know in Chicago and the near suburbs there are also Irish, Polish, Russian and Eastern European, Asian, African and Middle Eastern people who came here on Visas (not counting asylum seekers because they track them) and overstayed.

camps, torture in prison until they turn in their families, or put them up against the wall for a firing squad - all things Cheeto's hero Adolph used to do.

All they face is having to find another job.

But when they have no morals, no ethics, no decency and do not care about who or what they are destroying, they blame someone above them. May their children change their last names in shame. May the children hide their faces form everyone because daddy or mommy was just a murderer in uniform. May their spouses divorce them as they are threats to everyone.
