I can't understand how the back of one's hand can become so bruised while shaking hands. Backhanding insufficiently obedient subordinates across the face perhaps, but shaking hands? Maybe it's that super aggro Trump handshake thing he does?

He is knowingly lying about Trump's health. If he has any regular patients, they need to sue him. It's malpractice to lie about your patients. (Or at least it should be if it isnt)
