Good morning my loving DU family,

Most of the relationships we have are limited in scope and meaning, based on some common interests or hobbies or jobs. When I see those acquaintances today, let me remember that they are the same wonderfully complex miracles called life that those dearest to me are.
Have a day filled with discovery and celebration my dear friends.

I am reminded of how looks can be so deceiving!
For instance, the first time I met the lady who would become my best friend. She had a face that looked like a cross between a mother grizzly bear and a gangster's moll. But she was one of the sweetest, most gentle people I have ever known.

"Why does he look so angry all the time?" for more than twenty years.
It was usually just intense focus on whatever I was doing or thinking at the time lol.
Such a great point.
Thanks Dorothy
