I have the album this is from. It's beautiful, but it is a collection of downers. Don't play it if you are already feeling down or lonely.

(74,552 posts)7. "collection of downers" - lovely. I took a cassette of songs (now called "playlist") to a small party of
close friends. When I arrived, the host had on some cheerful things, and somebody asked to hear my cassette. As soon as it started the mood dropped and I tried to turn it off but one "deep" Libra said, "No, let it play." And we proceeded to have a wake for a bit.

yeah, lost love and loneliness make for some great songs, but a whole CD of them is a not much. I'm sure there is no actual connection, but after hearing it through, I thought, "No wonder the poor guy was depressed."
