For steaks, I like A-1 or HP Sauce (British brown sauce).
For roasts, it's HP Sauce or ketchup. Okay, ketchup may not be a sauce but I still like it.
On chicken, it's Sweet and Sour Dipping sauce or Sriracha Sauce.
On ham, Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce.
I'm not imaginative enough to use anything other than Tartar Sauce on fish.

(4,043 posts)And frequent dinners is to roast chicken thighs and veggies covered in olive oil and Trader Joes 21 seasoning salute. It has no salt in it. But, it makes everything taste sooo good. I only put the olive on to make the seasoning stick. Its also amazing sprinkled on avocado toast.

(16,015 posts)With a steak. Learned that from an old restaurant my Dad used to take us to, that served prime rib with horseradish.
I also like a barbecued steak with a chunk of blue cheese melted on top in the last few minutes.
