This is a challenge. I have a follow up appointment with my neurologist soon and I'm sure he's gonna ask about it. My daughter is driving me since I don't drive any more (and there's lots of snow out there anyway).

(36,208 posts)1. I have a blood thinner I need to take w/dinner every night -
so I mark it off in my planner when I take it. I also note when I get a new 30-day supply, so I can always count and know how many tablets are left. Old-school planner, sits on my desk, I can't miss it!
I have a big birthday coming up this summer, and try to focus on the fact that I've outlived many enemies, and god willing, will outlive Trump also

I set the timer on my phone and Alexa as well.
Forgetting is real easy for me. I'll be 82 yo tomorrow.
