The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsWhat would you do? My Keurig died last week. It lasted a measly 2 1/2 years. I bought it at Costco so they'll take it
back and give me a refund. I scored a new Keurig today on sale for $100. at another retailer.
Would you return the dead Keurig to Costco or just write off the $100.+ it cost?

They took it back, no problem.
Costco is one of few companies that actually inspire customer loyalty.
