Just a good band that's been around a long time, they reformed in 2018, but I haven't heard anything else from them ...

I think that the Grunge took up all the attention at that time, especially in Seattle.

I saw SCM many times in Seattle back in the day and have a granddaughter named after Anisa Romero.

... Their covers are great because as a 'local' band they sharpened their skills on covers. They've been around a long time. I don't know why they didn't get the attention in the 80s, but then they were never a grunge band.

It does sound very Northwestern though. A bit like Bikini Kill or Bratmobile.
