There are a few people those of us in our unions know about..their desire for equal pay, a fair days’ wage, one for all and all for one ideas. Some organizers were murdered, imprisoned but Joe Hill is best known for his “don’t waste time mourning, organize!” Those were his words the night before he was executed. He is also known for his songs and publishings. A proud immigrant who formed the IWW Union..International Workers of the World, Joe Hill is an honored man by some on Labor Day ✊
