Saw them in my home town 50 years ago, last month. Pretty sure that was the War Child tour.
We had backstage passes but didn't get to meet the band, only the opening act.
Locomotive Breath was a pocket list tune for us. On the 2nd night of a one night error, we'd pull o
Ut a song from maybe a dozen that we intentionally never rehearsed to amuse ourselves.
Sometimes at the end of one song, I'd just start playing that piano intro and off we'd go. I can't recall a single time we didn't have fun playing it.
