got to meet and chat with him and several of his band members. I was worried about him, because I could see that he was using oxygen between numbers. Several of the band members were also using oxygen. I assumed it was just becaue of our altitude, but I just read that he was not well during the last two years he performed. One certainly would not necessarily have noticed it watching him.

Too bad he was so sick. I wonder if kept performing because he liked it or because they had to. I wondered that when I saw Chuck Berry because he looked so tired and sweaty after a few songs and he was very old the last time I saw him.
