There's actually quite a lot of greenery remaining during our winter. Some trees are bare, of course, but many shrubs and other trees keep their leaves all year.

My big jacaranda which is right outside my study window, keeps its leaves all year. They don't look as pretty as they do in the spring, but they are still green!
