Bob Dylan was asked what was his favorite song that mentions his name. He chose this one with the line,."standing in the corner, much to my surprise, was Mr Hughes in Dylan's shoes, wearing his disguise."
The line refers to George Harrison who used the Hughes name when he traveled.
