Taken in the Blue Ridge Mountains north of Roanoke, VA, last Saturday.

1. How did he get there from my backyard? Nice capture of his alertness

2. Ha! My city squirrels went on a destructive spree while I was away in Virginia.

Upon returning after five days I found on my back deck: an overturned and broken flowerpot, a deeply excavated planter, scattered potting soil, and a multitude of muddy paw prints on the deck's railings.
