Sunrise this morning at the beach here in Emerald Isle, NC.
Sun up into the clouds
Rays through the clouds
And while sitting on the deck, enjoying a last cup of coffee after my sunrise beach walk, I had a visitor!
First two photos taken with my camera, the last two photos with my phone. These were my favorites from about 150 shots between both camera and phone.

(154,856 posts)What a beautiful bit of beach too. And the waves roll in and out, as they wash the stress of life away . . .
Enjoy your time there!

What a nice little visitor! I welcome all rabbits to my yard, too. I make sure my dog leaves them alone.

(32,713 posts)Texted this photo to my next door neighbor--who also gardens and struggles with the same rabbits--wondering whether one of our rabbits from home had hitched a ride with me to the beach. I've been coming to Emerald Isle for 20 years and can't remember ever seeing one here!
