        Cuz you might get it. According to weather lore, ring around the moon means rain is coming soon.
But is it true? 
A quick Duck search says, These circles, called halos, appear when there is ice crystals, which form cirrus clouds, high up in the atmosphere.

It reminds me of Van Gogh's Starry Night. Not sure why, because it's actually quite different from that painting, but it's giving me a similar vibe.
