Double rainbow after day of heavy rain

We had heavy rain and strong winds for most of the day here in Lancaster, PA. At about 6 PM the sun came out and I took this photo of a double rainbow from my back deck.

Are there buds on those trees in the background ? Where are the daffodils and tulips ?

6. I was in that weather, too

Thanks for the picture. I am visiting near Baltimore. I ran outside when the sun streamed through, but no rainbow. Didn’t it rain, tho!!
