Here, from memory (still works, I'm 76)

Go to https://postimages.org

Select a size for the result. Usually "do not resize" or 640 by 480.

On a mobile device, click on "upload"
Then pick one or more from your photos.

On a desktop, drag the image to the web page.

Wait a bit for the upload.

Select "direct link"
Copy the link.

Paste into your DU reply or OP.

I use https://imgbb.com/. I guess it's similar.

20. I've used imgbb a lot.

Problem is, it's often really slow.
And to post here, I use HTML full linked and copy only the src=" ...... " part.

Worse, when I go to preview an image, I sometimes get "You need to create an account". No idea why it says that.

But it works.

I just find postimages faster, more reliable and one step less to post here. (I post a lot of images)
