You have a slight pink cast. 

Other than that, it's a fine memory. Did you take a photo of a print?

        In GI Joe dress, it was WW2 time after all.
Bit of a scan, some touchup, sharpen, contrast, brightness fiddle, attempt at colorizing, came up ok at A4.
Wife looks at the A4 print, remarks . . . Jeez, I can see each my 3 sons in that face!
Old photos - worth working on! Horse picture came up well.
