I was push polled tonight & I think is was Michelle Tafoya's campaign.

I say this because one of the first questions asked was about the senate race in November and would I vote for Peggy Flanagan or Michelle Tafoya. Seemed an odd question when we don't know who will come out of the primary and no other potential match ups were mentioned, nor were there questions about other races on the ballot.

The questioner had a very heavy accent that I had some trouble understanding at times and, as it turns out, she was calling from the Philippines on behalf of a company based in Texas. (Things she shouldn't have told me, but what the heck).

I should have written the questions down but there wasn't time. They were all the sort that you either answered that all immigrants should be deported and children born in the U.S. to "illegals" (yes they used that word) should not have birthright citizenship or you're a commie traitor to all that is holy.

What threw me, is at the end I was asked my name. I've never have a pollster do that & given the efforts being made to purge voter rolls, I refused to give it. Of course, they could track it through my phone#, but why make it easy? (And probably I'm just paranoid.)
