PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Trump Administration released an update Tuesday on a construction worker who was shot and killed at a home in Philadelphia's Roxborough neighborhood last week. ... The Department of Homeland Security says the victim, 20-year-old Salis Hanrahan, was from the United Kingdom and was in the country without legal permission.
Federal investigators say he was allegedly affiliated with "The Traveling Conman Fraud Group," which is said to be a transnational criminal organization. ... According to the DOJ and FBI, members of the group are known to allegedly scam and target homeowners with fraudulent, overpriced and low-quality construction or home repair services. ... However, officials say ICE and CBP have never encountered Hanrahan.
Hanrahan's wife, Roseann, shared photos of him and said he leaves behind a 1-year-old daughter.

Salis Hanrahan
Hanrahan's wife described him as someone with a heart of gold, who always had a smile on his face, and who loved his family deeply.
